Mr. Cedric Renard Talley 44, a resident of Tallassee, AL transitioned May 27, 2022, funeral service will be Saturday June 4, 2022, at Eunice M. Mitchell Memorial Chapel. Mr. Cedric Renard Talley was born on July 29,1977 to the late Mr. John Talley JR. and Mrs. Catherine Talley. He confessed Christ at an early age and joined Morning Star Baptist Church, he later became a Deacon at that Church. Cedric moved his membership and Joined United Christian Church of Prattville, AL. under the leadership of Rev. Thaylee Dickerson. Cedric loved sports, he was a member of the basketball and football team of Tallassee High School. Cedric was a 1995 graduate of Tallassee High School. He also was a college graduate of Faulkner University; he also served in the United States Army and received an honorary discharge. Cedric was preceded in death by his father Mr. John Talley JR. Cedric was called into eternal rest by God on Friday May 27, 2022, due to an automobile accident in Union Spring, AL. Cedric leaves to forever cherish his memories his mother: Mrs. Catherine Hart Talley of Eclectic, AL., four children: Teayana Ross Wetumpka, Al., DeAundra and Brianna Talley, Houston, Texas, and NiJaQuan Deramus, LaGrange GA., grandson: Jakobe Phillips, Two brothers: Douglas (Jennifer) Talley, Prattville, AL., and Steven Talley, Tallassee, AL., one sister: Sharon (James) Wood of Millersville, AL., three aunts: Christine Howard and Annie Mendez, Tallassee, AL., Annie Bell Pettiway, Phoenix, City, AL., three uncles: Lee Arthur Hibley, Richard Talley, Buster Talley, all of Tallassee, AL. Two nieces: Breneka Talley, Auburn AL., Brenyetta Talley, Tallassee, AL., One nephew: Tomas Talley, Prattville, AL., a great niece: Brenyia Talley, and one great nephew: ZyD (Big Drip), both of Tallassee, Al. A very close and special friend Felica Canady, with Hillside Memorial & Gardens directing.
