Tony E. Gray 72, a resident of Montgomery AL. transitioned May 29, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 11:00 AM from the Eunice M Mitchell Chapel, 3274 Central Plank Rd, Wetumpka, Al 36092, burial to follow at Hillside Memorial Gardens Mr. Tony Edward Gray was born to the late Isaac and Siscily Gray on the seventh day of April 1950. He was the youngest of nine children in this union. Tony was a child of God because he was created by God. He loved to have a good time! Tony was preceded in death by his only child, Siscily Renee` Gray, granddaughter; Antionette Libby Gray; four (4) brothers; Rueben Gray, John Gray, Jimmy Salter, and Isaac Gray Jr.; four (4) sisters, Ruth Ellen Gray, Jessie Mae Gray Emery, Sadie Mae Gray Arrington, and Adelaide Gray Randall. Tony leaves to cherish his memory, one grandson; Tony Isaiah Gray (Tauhiyyah Cooper), Cincinnati, Ohio, Stepdaughter: Vanessa Ellis, three (3) sisters; Gussie Gray Mitchell, Buffalo, New York, Gloria Salter, and Rebecca Salter, Columbus, Ohio, two (2) brothers; Louis (Bernice) Salter and Lisa Jo Salter, Millbrook, AL. He also leaves a loving host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including two (2) special friends, George Cook and Lamar Miller, with Hillside Memorial & Gardens LLC directing.
